KARTA connects via Bluetooth and integrates with the Apple Find My app. Once added to your items in the app, you can track its last known location.

4. Does KARTA have a GPS chip?

No. KARTA uses Bluetooth and Apple’s Find My network for location tracking. It does not contain a standalone GPS chip.

5. How do I charge KARTA?

KARTA supports wireless charging. Simply place it on a Qi-compatible wireless charger. A full charge provides 3–4 months of standby time.

KARTA includes a 1-year limited warranty.
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects (example: faulty components, defective battery, or product not functioning as intended).
It does not cover: accidental damage, scratches, breakage, exposure to extreme conditions, or any misuse/handling errors by the customer.
